Chic Desk Accessories
I love acrylic. Its a great way to make your room functional without compromising the aesthetic of your design. With its clear look, it only elevates the design you’ve already put together by allowing you to still see through it and it enhances the design its sitting on top of.
For my office, I opted to go practically acrylic for all of my desk needs. Its not just smart and pretty, it’s also highly economical because when I inevitably decide to upgrade my desk/room, I can continue to use all of the same accessories without worrying about replacing them because they no longer match. That’s right, if I wake up tomorrow and decide I want a new desk that’s black and a chair that’s green, guess what? My acrylic items will continue to work well and still flow with the design.
I love this acrylic laptop stand because its the perfect height for my neck so it doesn’t strain and I can clearly see anything that’s underneath it and can access post its easily. I also opted to get an acrylic phone stand because it just made so much sense especially since I change my phone cases routinely and want my desk to always look clean. In addition, it looks very cohesive next to my crystal Baccarat vase so I never have to think twice about making sure flowers will look nice on my desk.
I’m obsessed with this acrylic step stool that I can rest my legs on during my days where I am in meetings for hours on end. It’s also great for use in the closet, in the shower, or grabbing something on a high shelf. Sure, my husband thought I was insane for spending $60 on a step stool but the jokes on him, because I use it every single day and it truly brings me joy every time I look at it so yes, it was worth the splurge for me. Also, he now can’t stand when things don’t match or flow with each other so you’re welcome my darling husband.
